This screencast shows how the GLYPHScomponent in XAML can be used to render international text, focusing on Chinese and Japanese text. It also demonstrates how Windowless mode in Silverlight can be used to add HTML or ASP.NET controls to a Silverlight front end, thus supporting text input via Input Method Editors.
