Silverlight in webserver

Hi all,

We are developing a silverlight application using VS 2008 and silverlight 2 beta 2.

I installed .Net framework 3.5 in my webserver. i registed all necessary MIME types in IIS.

Am i supposed to install silverlight 2 beta2 in my web server where i host my silverlight website pages?

 Thanks

Vijesh

No you do not need to install silverlight 2 beta2 in your Webserver.

Even if you will change extension of .Xap to .zip in your clientBin folder and you will change source of Xaml control in your asp.net application from .xap to .zip you do not require to ad mime type also in your webserver.
