Great video. Once question.
I'm not sure why you use 3 rectangles for the status states. I know you say it is because color is not a dependency property, but I tried changing the sample to one rectangle with different colors for each state and it seems to work OK.

Any chance of this video working with moonlight on Ubuntu?
http://silverlight.net/fox/ works ok, but this page insists that silverlight needs installing.

I think we need to wait for a newer Mono.
In the meantime use vbox+windows :)
